What is Yoga?

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

All types of yoga and meditation help you control this space between stimulus and response. It all begins with your physical body… it is the body we all have at reach. Once you control your body through asanas and daily practice, you can easily tap to the other 9 bodies:

  • Soul Body
  • Negative Mind
  • Positive Mind
  • Neutral Mind
  • Arcline
  • Aura
  • Pranic Body
  • Subtle Body
  • Radiant Body

Once you learn how to balance and align each of your 10 bodies, you will be in complete control of the moment.

Note I am not saying “in complete control of your dreams and future” since dreams and future does not exist.

What is Yoga?

Just remember:

Doing yoga doesn’t have to be about being calm, being good, or being nice…
It is about being authentic.
